Your new role

The school is seeking a full-time school administrator to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the school phone line
  • Responding to emails
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Updating records
  • Printing off timetables for students
  • Collating invoices

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this Doncaster-based School Administrator role, you should have
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using office software
  • Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Calmness under pressure and a positive, organised approach
  • Strong attention to detail, good motivation and punctuality.
We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
