School Admin Assistant – Full-Time Temporary Role (Immediate Start)
Location: Wolverhampton
Sector: Education / Special Needs / School Administration
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced school administrator or admin assistant looking for your next opportunity in a special education setting? We are recruiting for a full-time temporary Admin Assistant to join a well-established special school in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, initiative, and a passion for supporting inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support across the school office
  • Assist with EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) documentation and coordination (training and support available)
  • Use Arbor or other school MIS systems to manage pupil data and records
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
  • Support staff and pupils with day-to-day administrative needs

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in school administration or similar educational support roles
  • Familiarity with Arbor or other MIS platforms (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and confident in a busy school environment
