Job Description:
Experience required
  • An administrator/Scheduler is required to process leaver requests and incidents/requests management of IT tickets on behalf of client.
  • The candidate will be expected to follow a clearly defined process for these requests.
  • Experience in the following areas would be preferable:
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Take ownership of customer hardware request and break-fix
incidents
  • Scheduling and manage an engineer’s workload
  • Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required
  • Able to multitask and plan schedules
  • Great customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
  • Ability to work under their own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast-moving customer environment
  • Experience of ServiceNow IT Service Management Platform
