Your new role

An opportunity has arisen to join their People Practice, which is a key cornerstone of their business - they support technical innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions across their growing SuccessFactors team. They are looking to bring in a Manager to focus on complex engagements with a variety of clients to help them understand how Cloud-based BCM technologies can improve overall business performance.

They are looking for consultants to help develop and grow the SucessFactors practice. This will include helping to lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium-sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams. They will need to work closely with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery.

The Consultant will be required to manage all aspects of the project, including project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing the scope of the project. They will also present solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as the Design Authority.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of designing processes, configuring the solution and managing technical integration/ data migrations in Successfactors
• Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesise large amounts of information
• Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment, preferably in more than one sector
• Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, organisational and motivational skills
• An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry

What you'll get in return
