Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of SAP Supply Chain workstreams within major transformation programmes
- Contribute to business development efforts, including client presentations at senior stakeholder level
- Translate business needs into integrated SAP solutions across functional areas
- Mentor and guide junior consultants to support their growth
- Oversee project delivery, manage timelines, and coordinate team activities
- Support proposal development and client engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP Supply Chain, particularly in:
- Manufacturing / Production Planning
- Design to Operate / Plant Operations
- Order Fulfilment / Logistics Execution
- Asset Management / Maintenance
- Transport Management
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA and its integration with other business processes
- Experience in SAP solution design and delivery (ideally across multiple full implementations)
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Proven leadership in managing teams across locations
- Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex challenges
