Your Role as a Mentor:
- Offer 1:1 mentoring to students who need extra guidance and encouragement.
- Lead whole-class sessions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to boost confidence and resilience.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement strategies that improve outcomes.

- Experience working with young people in education, mentoring, or support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to individual needs and maintain a positive learning environment.
- A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting student wellbeing and progress.
