Your Role as a Mentor:
  • Offer 1:1 mentoring to students who need extra guidance and encouragement.
  • Lead whole-class sessions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to boost confidence and resilience.
  • Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement strategies that improve outcomes.

  • Experience working with young people in education, mentoring, or support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to individual needs and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting student wellbeing and progress.
