Salesforce Change Manager

As the Salesforce Change Management Lead for the Greenfield transformation programme, you will develop and execute change management strategies focused on user adoption and training. Collaborate with internal and external Salesforce professionals to ensure seamless delivery of change initiatives.Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and tailor change plans accordingly. Support the evolution and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead change management planning and execution for the Salesforce Programme.
-Design and deliver training materials and adoption strategies.
-Work closely with the Head of Salesforce Delivery and programme team to align change activities with programme goals.
-Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and feedback.
-Champion CRM best practices across the organisation.

Requirements
-Proven experience in change management within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce and CRM systems.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Experience in training design and delivery.
-Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
