Salesforce Architect

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for a Salesforce Architect for a 3-month rolling contract to start ASAP, based in Hatfield (Hybrid), Outside IR35

A skilled and experienced professional to join the team and contribute to several key Salesforce initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud
Einstein / AgentForce AI
This role requires a commitment to staying current with Salesforce developments and the ability to dedicate significant time to each project as needed.
Collaborating across IT, business, and delivery teams to create scalable, secure, and future-proof Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Service Cloud
Architect end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
Design and govern integration patterns with back-end systems (e.g., SAP, Genesys), ensuring seamless process flows.
Lead workshops and design sessions, providing thought leadership on best practices for Service Cloud deployments.
Deliver high-quality architecture documentation including interface designs, security models, and configuration blueprints.

Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud
Support the implementation of Marketing Automation Cloud from an architectural perspective, producing High-Level Architecture documentation and adhering to Architecture Principles.
Ensure interoperability of Marketing Automation Cloud with the existing implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM).
Provide basic support and guidance for existing implementations.

Salesforce Customer Enablement Strategy
Define and drive the architecture behind our Customer Engagement Strategy, utilising knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys.
Propose relevant Proof of Concept / Proof of Value initiatives to underpin the strategy and improve ways of working.
Identify opportunities for automation to improve internal and external user experience.

Salesforce AI Foundations
Stay updated with current and future AI developments at Salesforce.
Collaborate with team members to leverage AgentForce / MS Copilot capabilities where there is established value for
Support the integration of AI tools into our platform.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud and its integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of AI developments and their application within Salesforce.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys.
Ability to manage multiple projects and allocate time effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
