Your new role

As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be part of a dynamic and busy Sales Support Team, providing administrative and customer service support to the Sales Support Leader and wider business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, responsible for processing sales orders, managing inboxes, liaising with internal departments, and supporting improvement projects. The role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in an office-based environment
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of lookups, conditional formatting, and pivot tables is advantageous)
  • Experience using sales order processing systems such as Merlin or similar is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A logical thinker with a proactive and resilient attitude
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and adapt to change
