With an ethos rooted in professionalism, personalised service and long‑established expertise, the company is now seeking an experienced Viewer / Sales Negotiator to join its growing team.

Your new role

Supporting and assisting the Resales Team with property enquiries, viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, reporting and servicing existing clients from initial enquiry.
Negotiating new property sales through to completion, along with any administrative duties required to support the office

What you'll need to succeed

Significant relevant experience
Minimum 2 GCSES (A* - C) in Maths and English
Full clean UK driving licence
Proficiency in ICT
2 Years Experience working within a property environment
