Business Development Manager - Remote (£60,000 upwards plus commission & company car)

You’ll be joining a long‑established international manufacturer supplying innovative, high‑quality products to the hospitality and food‑service sectors. The organisation operates globally, prioritises sustainability and product innovation, and supports its partners through a strong international distribution network.
Your new role
- Shape and deliver a business development strategy that supports long-term growth.
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and market opportunities through research and industry insight.
- Track external trends to inform strategic direction and uncover commercial prospects.
- Evaluate partnership and business opportunities to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders.
- Implement channel strategies, negotiate agreements, and support partners with training and resources.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver new initiatives while maintaining compliance and managing risk.
What you will get in return
- Base salary starting at £55,000 (will increase depending on experience)
