The business is on an exciting growth trajectory and is now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their field‑based sales team and drive the next phase of commercial expansion.

Your new role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a team of four field‑based Sales Representatives, providing clear leadership, structure and direction to improve performance and maximise commercial results. You will also manage a portfolio of mid‑tier and major accounts, strengthening relationships, increasing spend and delivering targeted brand growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, coaching and developing the sales team to ensure focus, accountability and consistent activity levels
  • Managing strategic customer relationships across Ireland and selected UK regions
  • Creating structured sales plans and setting clear expectations around pipeline management and CRM usage
  • Reviewing sales performance data to identify opportunities and implement actionable growth strategies
  • Supporting brand expansion, particularly within specialist product ranges and new market channels
  • Working cross‑functionally with senior leadership, marketing and operations to enhance customer engagement and improve commercial outcomes
  • Implementing a disciplined approach to forecasting, activity tracking and sales reporting

This role plays a central part in helping the business move from steady trading towards a more structured, high‑performance sales model.

  • A proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve team performance
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Confidence in managing key accounts and negotiating commercial agreements
  • A disciplined, data‑driven approach with strong CRM utilisation
  • The ability to break down targets into clear, achievable actions
  • A leadership style that is collaborative, self‑motivated and people‑focused
  • Sector experience is advantageous but not essential — transferable B2B leadership backgrounds will be considered

Laptop, phone and digital productivity tools
Pension scheme
Access to healthcare cash plans
21 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (with additional leave gained through service)
Flexible working options and a high‑trust environment
