Sales Manager

Sales Manager

Location: Bournemouth Airport Office and/or Remote Salary: £45,000 per annum – Schedule: Monday–Friday

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading high-performing teams? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where data meets ambition? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager to take the reins of our growing sales function and drive it to new heights.

This is more than a management role — it’s a chance to shape the future of our commercial success. You’ll lead a talented team of 7 Sales Executives and a Team Leader, overseeing inbound sales across phone, live chat, and email. Whether you're based at our Bournemouth Airport office or working remotely, your impact will be felt across the business. Ideally, you need to be able to visit the office in the first few months to get to know the business and your team, so someone prepared to travel to Dorset is a must.

What You’ll Be Driving

  • Own the team’s performance across all key KPIs — and push beyond them.
  • Dive deep into sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic pivots.
  • Set clear goals and hold the team accountable through structured performance management.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire — building confidence, capability, and results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Manage the sales forecast and pipeline with precision and insight.
  • Report to senior leadership with sharp analysis, risks, and recommendations.
  • Champion process improvements, tools, and best practices to elevate the sales function.
  • Represent the sales team at management meetings, influencing wider business strategy.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success leading sales teams and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
  • Skilled in strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable holding people accountable while nurturing their growth.
  • Commercially savvy — ideally with experience in online retail or e-commerce.
  • Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Hands-on leadership style — you’re not afraid to get stuck in.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
Why This Role?

This is a permanent leadership opportunity with real influence. You’ll shape not just the performance of the sales team, but the strategic direction of the business. If you’re ready to lead with purpose, vision, drive growth, and make your mark — we’d love to hear from you.
