Sales Ledger | Ellesmere Port | Hybrid

Job Title: Sales Ledger
Reports to: Accountant
Location: Ellesmere Port (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 + Company Bonus

Role Overview
Join a dynamic finance team where you'll support a range of financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily bank reconciliations and posting transactions in Sage
  • Managing sales ledgers, including weekly debtor reviews
  • Processing direct debits and supplier payments
  • Weekly refund runs and payment collections
  • Preparing monthly spreadsheets and supporting management accounts
  • Handling queries from internal teams and external partners
  • Assisting with audits and data reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
