Your new company

This is a well established, well respected Head Office based in Darlington town centre.

Your new role

  • Update and maintain the billing system
  • Collect income through the raising of invoices and managing the recovery of debts
  • Ensure payments from providers are made within specified timeframes
  • Maintain the posting and allocation of cash received
  • Address queries efficiently and diarise all communications
  • On a monthly basis, reconcile the income and cash within the required timeframe
  • Communicate effectively with other departments where required
  • To carry out any other duties commensurate with the role as required


What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer services, administrative or finance administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
