Sales Engineer -Permanent role- Fully remote Up to £90K

I'm seeking a Sales Engineer to join a fast-growing scaleup delivering cutting-edge body camera and cloud software solutions to leading organisations in security, services, and law enforcement.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and impact, collaborating with enterprise customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.
Your new role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive technical wins by developing champions within accounts.
- Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and solution designs.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations.
- Manage and coordinate tender responses and maintain high-quality RfX documentation.
- Collaborate on technical solution design with Product & Technology teams.
- Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature development.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with fellow Sales Engineers to continuously improve.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering role within a tech-led organisation (preferably in security, camera tech, or SaaS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK/Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
