Your new role

• Develop and deliver a business development strategy aligned with wider organisational goals, balancing short ‑ term opportunities with long ‑ term growth.
• Identify new channels and partnership opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry insight.
• Monitor external trends to inform strategy and uncover commercial or strategic partnership prospects.
• Lead evaluation of business opportunities, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships across the healthcare landscape and represent the organisation at key external events.
• Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue, negotiate partner agreements, and support partners with training and materials.
• Lead cross ‑ functional teams to implement partnerships and channels, ensuring regulatory compliance and proactively managing risks.

What you will get in return

• Base salary of £58,000.
• Commission structure - to be discussed at interview
