My client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, working on small-to-medium projects while gaining exposure to larger jobs for future progression.


Your new role

  • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to delivery
  • Support client showroom tours and presentations
  • Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders, and manage supplier acknowledgements
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes to close deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce sales reports
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers throughout the order process
  • Adhoc administrative tasks


What you'll need to succeed

  • Sales or admin experience
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner, eager to develop in a sales environment
  • Professional, positive, and self-motivated
