Temporary to Permanent Sales Administrator job based in Deeside paying an hourly rate of £16.25 per hour.

Your new company

A successful manufacturing company based in Deeside which is significantly growing in their market share, are currently looking for a sales administrator to join their busy Sales Operations team on a temporary to permanent basis to cover a significant market share. Highly recognised and successful, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company with great potential.

Your new role

As a Sales Administrator, you will be required to process and manage complex sales orders from your territory from the initial enquiry through to completion. This will involve producing quotations via Excel, inputting orders onto a bespoke system, confirming orders with key decision makers, handling queries, keeping the customer up to date throughout the whole process and ensuring despatch at the necessary timescale. This is a key role and a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing company. You will be working closely with departments such as planning, quality control and design and commercial teams, so communication skills are a must! You will be responsible for issuing samples as requested, as well as liaising with architects and distributors!

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a good communicator where being you are able to converse across all levels, while demonstrating an enthusiastic and proactive work ethic. You will be eager to produce high quality work and show a keen eye for detail to ensure there are no errors being processed. You will be able to work both autonomously and in a team successfully to achieve an effective outcome and ideally, you will have experience processing orders and producing customer quotations via MS Excel. You will ideally have recent sales administration experience in order to hit the ground running. This role does need an intermediate level of Excel, so you will be comfortable working with pivot tables, macro embedded workbooks and VLOOKUPs.
