A private sector organisation is recruiting for an RTA Claims Handler/ Administrator based in Belfast.

Your new role

• Review and process incoming claim information in line with internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records throughout the claims' lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues to gather information and progress cases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support to legal professionals, helping ensure cases move efficiently and accurately.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in claims handling—ideally with exposure to RTA files or a similar insurance claims environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing information.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with case management or claims systems.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
