We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join a reputable social housing contractors' responsive repairs and maintenance team working on social housing properties in Manchester.

The role involves carrying out a combination of planned, reactive, and emergency roof repairs to occupied and voided homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your new role

• Carry out roofing repairs on pitched and flat roofs in social housing properties
• Replace tiles, slates, felt, battens, leadwork, and roofline components
• Complete emergency and reactive repairs safely and efficiently
• Diagnose roofing defects and report any additional work required.
• Install or repair soffits, fascias, gutters, and rainwater goods
• Work effectively in occupied properties while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Roofer (domestic or social housing experience preferred)
• Competent with pitched roofing, flat roofing, and general roofing repairs
• Full UK driving licence
