A respected housing provider in the North West is seeking a skilled Roofer to join their property maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of residential properties, ensuring safe and high-quality roofing solutions for tenants.
Your New Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of roofing repairs and maintenance across domestic properties. From pitched and flat roofs to associated works like guttering and fascia repairs, your craftsmanship will directly impact the comfort and safety of residents.
What You’ll Get in Return
- Starting salary of £30,632, rising to £32,245 upon successful completion of probation
- 39 hours per week
- Company van, fuel card, uniform, and tools provided

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in roofing or general construction
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Additional skills in brickwork, paving, fencing, and guttering are highly desirable
- A professional, respectful approach and commitment to quality workmanship
