Role:
The Risk & Analytics Tech Lead role will focus on technology strategy and delivery of a strategic transformation programme, covering risk, margin, data, and infrastructure. It ensures scalable, resilient, and compliant systems, drives modern architecture adoption, and translates business and regulatory needs into end‑to‑end technology solutions while integrating with legacy platforms.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Senior experience in clearing and post‑trade technology within financial environments

• Proven leadership in large‑scale technology transformation across strategy, architecture, and delivery

• Deep expertise in risk and real‑time risk calculation systems

• Strong background in building modern data and analytics platforms for risk and regulatory use

• Experience designing resilient, regulator‑aligned architectures using modern infrastructure and integrating with legacy systems

• Solid understanding of market participant needs, including client connectivity, APIs, data services, and reporting

• Hands‑on knowledge of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, cloud‑native, containerisation, data pipelines, event‑driven architectures) applied pragmatically in regulated environment

Core competencies:

• Strong engineering leadership with the ability to shape solution design and enforce high standards for quality, scalability, and resilience

• Ability to translate complex business, risk, and regulatory needs into robust, production‑grade technology solutions

• Agile mindset with willingness to continuously learn and adapt
