Your new role
  • As a Rewards Manager, your responsibilities will include
  • Provide consultative guidance, analysis, and reporting on market practices and policies to managers.
  • Lead the compensation survey process, ensuring accurate job matches with HR colleagues, business leaders, and survey providers.
  • Analyse market data and trends to determine salary and job grades, supporting the organisation's compensation strategy.
  • Track key trends in compensation through industry groups, benchmarking studies, and market intelligence. Support the development of compensation practices, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process for C-Suite executives, ensuring accurate benchmarking data.
  • Maintain and safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Develop strong working relationships internally and externally to enhance compensation and HR efforts.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources.
  • Experience with Willis Towers Watson or Mercer is desirable.
  • Prior experience in compensation analysis and understanding of survey submission procedures and job matching.
  • Preferred experience in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and HR management systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
