Interim Reward & Compensation Specialist – Healthcare Sector

£300–£400/day | London (Hybrid) | Immediate Start

We’re working with a leading organisation in the healthcare space to appoint an experienced Reward & Compensation professional for an interim assignment. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with a strong background in either the NHS or the private medical sector.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits strategy, benchmarking, and delivery
  • Strong understanding of NHS pay structures or private healthcare reward frameworks
  • Expertise in job evaluation, salary banding, and benefits harmonisation
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and HR systems knowledge
  • Immediate availability
The Role:
  • Lead reward and compensation initiatives across the organisation
  • Support policy development and pay reviews
  • Advise on healthcare-specific reward models
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to deliver strategic outcomes
