Reward Project Manager - EU Pay Transparency (Contract)

6-9 month contract

Hays HR are collaborating with an international financial services client, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across our EMEA operations. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance frameworks, and deliver best practices in pay transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver the EU Pay Transparency project across multiple EU locations.

  • Manage workstreams, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Oversee communication plans and working groups.

  • Provide analytical support, including gender pay gap analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with EU labour laws and project timelines.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Reward within a global matrix organisation (financial services preferred).

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex HR initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of EU labour laws and pay transparency regulations.

  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
