This job is to work on strategic HR projects and to make sure the organisation stays ahead of the competition when it comes to staff benefits, pay policy and application of industry pay frameworks. This is such a great opportunity to develop your HR career in a fascinating area of practice and policy.
Typical tasks will include- Support line managers & HRBPs with annual performance reviews
- Managing benefit contracts and salary sacrifice schemes, managing suppliers & contract renewals
- Review take-up rates and provide data to recommend improvements
- Analyse and research relevant salary benchmarking and job mapping
- Lead on well-being initiatives
- Work on HR policy developments, including drafting and reviewing policies and collaborating with SLT and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience and exposure to pay, reward and benefits as part of your HR career is essential, so if you could make sure this is highlighted or even expanded upon on your CV, that would really help your application.
Being calm and organised and a bit of a data nerd are some key facets to the character of our ideal applicant.You'll be working on Excel spreadsheets a fair bit, so you'll need to be confident with that as well as being comfortable handling sensitive information and conversations discretely.
