Reward Partner - West Yorkshire - £50-65K

About the role

I am currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Reward Specialist to support the Head of Reward in a 6-month fixed-term contract while they work through a merger and onboard all new starters.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape and evolve the Reward strategy to reflect employee needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Provide end-to-end support for reward projects such as system implementations, mergers/TUPEs, and organisational redesigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for reward queries in Operations, ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • Maintain accurate reward data and documentation for audits, reporting, and governance.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, suppliers, and external providers to deliver impactful reward solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation of reward changes.
  • Monitor external reward trends and legislative changes to keep our practices proactive and competitive.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in reward strategies and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking, grading processes, and benefits management.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement.
