- Design and implement new reward initiatives, including benefits enhancements, recognition schemes, and pay/grade structures.
- Provide end-to-end support for reward projects such as system implementations, mergers/TUPEs, and organisational redesigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for reward queries in Operations, ensuring consistent application of policies.
- Lead benchmarking and grading processes across Operations, ensuring robust data and market alignment.
- Manage annual benefit renewals, including supplier negotiations, system updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Support cyclical reward processes such as pay awards and bonus/commission scheme design, contributing to high-quality data and insights.
- Develop engaging internal campaigns and intranet content to promote reward offerings across benefits, recognition, and wellbeing programmes.
- Maintain accurate reward data and documentation for audits, reporting, and governance.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, suppliers, and external providers to deliver impactful reward solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation of reward changes.

- Knowledge of market benchmarking, grading processes, and benefits management.
- Ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement.
