Reward Operations Partner, London, Hybrid

An established organisation is seeking a Reward Operations Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering its UK & Ireland reward agenda. This is a high ‑ impact role within a growing and evolving business, offering a rare mix of strategic influence and hands ‑ on ownership across reward delivery.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will lead cyclical reward activities across the UK & Ireland, including annual pay review, bonus, incentive and LTIP processes, alongside governance and compliance. You will help build scalable reward processes, support job architecture and evaluation, and lead benchmarking processes. The role also provides exposure to RemCo reporting, reward integration projects, and close partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders.

We’re looking for an experienced reward professional with a strong background in reward governance and operational delivery, ideally gained within a complex or fast ‑ paced environment. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, operating autonomously, and balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Strong analytical capability is essential, alongside the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a varied, visible reward role with genuine ownership and scope to shape how reward operates across the business. In return, the organisation offers a competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits, a hybrid working model (1–2 days in the office), and the chance to play a meaningful role in a growing Reward function.
