About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join a dynamic financial services organisation on a 6-12 month fixed-term basis. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to manage cyclical reward activities, support policy development, and provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, bonus planning, and pay modelling.
Partner with external providers (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry) to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
Advise on reward-related matters including job evaluation, grading, and pay structures.
Support the development and implementation of reward policies and governance frameworks.
Manage benefits provision and liaise with vendors to ensure effective delivery.
Provide reward insights and analytics to support strategic workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment of reward with attraction and retention strategies.
Contribute to executive compensation and regulatory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap, SMCR).
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience in reward management within financial services or a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, and job evaluation tools.
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance to reward practices.
CIPD or WorldatWork certification (desirable but not essential).
