Working for an international management consulting firm with a headcount of 7,000HC. Specialising in consulting within technology, public sector and high-net worth individuals, including private offices and venture capital.
Your new role
This role will be covering the internal population across Europe and APAC, with your main populations being in the UK, Denmark and India. You will be responsible for the end to end reward, including benefits and compensation.
You'll be someone with the ability to manage stakeholders and experience of supporting an intellectual population, with an analytical approach to total reward. Experience and skillset required:

Your new role

- Benefits - Programme management including private medical, dental, insurance, employee benefits, annual renewal costs
- Manage employee queries and communications to changes
- Liaising with partners and vendors with total rewards
- Management of a team of 2, covering international benefits
- Compensation analysis and support for senior stakeholders
- Pension administration and contributions
You'll be someone with the ability to manage stakeholders and experience of supporting an intellectual population, with an analytical approach to total reward. Experience and skillset required:
- Experience of leading total reward for the past 3 years - this role requires a 50/50% balance in reward and compensation
- Financial and benefits analytical skills, use of Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Radford and WTW surveys
- Ideal, not essential, that you have experience of working in consulting, either internally or client-facing
- Experience of EMEA and APAC - including India
- Ideally, you'll have a short notice period, as this is an urgent role
