Interim Reward Manager

Are you a reward expert ready to shape and deliver strategic compensation and benefits frameworks across a dynamic, multi-site organisation?

Hays are working with a global leading fintech client who are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of reward programmes that support the business strategy and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual UK Pay Review process for c2,500 employees.
Act as subject matter expert for pension and share schemes, including annual pension contributions and compliance reporting.
Oversee reward aspects of TUPE transfers and international secondments
Administer out-of-cycle pay increases and maintain accurate payroll and HRIS records.
Drive job benchmarking and maintain a central job description repository.
Support the implementation of Job Evaluation, including training and framework consistency.
Lead the development of recognition programmes and reward-related policies.
Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align reward strategy with business goals.
Act as escalation point for reward queries and manage the Reward inbox.
Provide data, reports, and insights to support remuneration proposals and compliance.

Skills & Experience


Essential:
Proven experience in a reward specialist role.
Strong knowledge of job architecture, grading, and salary banding.
Experience designing and managing reward systems and benefits.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work at pace in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Desirable:

Degree or CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent reward qualifications.
Experience with Mercer Job Evaluation, SAP, and/or Workday.
Familiarity with union environments and TUPE processes.
