Reward Consultant, Professional Services, London

A well ‑ known professional services firm is looking for a Reward Consultant to join its high-performing Financial Services People Advisory Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of reward practices, from exec comp and RemCo advisory to BAU.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering reward solutions across regulatory change, remuneration frameworks, governance, and data‑led insight. Working closely with senior colleagues and client stakeholders, you’ll contribute to both advisory and compliance‑driven projects, support disclosure and reporting activity, and help ensure reward strategies align with broader business and people priorities.

Beyond delivery, you’ll have the chance to build trusted client relationships, coach and develop junior team members, and actively contribute to the firm’s growth - through developing existing client accounts or supporting new business opportunities.

We’re looking for someone numerate, detail ‑ focused and confident working in a consulting environment, with a few years of reward experience, or a tax background and strong interest in reward. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high ‑ quality output. Strong excel skills are a plus, experience in a professional services or Financial Services environment is ideal.

In return you'll receive a competitive compensation and benefits package, a hybrid working arrangement and other perks.
