Role overview:

The Reward Analyst will support the Head of Reward in the design and operational implementation of remuneration policies, benefits and recognition practices.

Key responsibilities
•Supporting the year-end performance, salary and bonus review process through
• Leading the annual market benchmarking process with HR BPs and people leaders
•Planning and configuration of pay frameworks within HRIS (Workday)
•Supporting configuration of manager self-service reward technology
•Supporting the reward processes aligned to M&A
•Administration of share schemes (incentive shares and SAYE) via third party administers technology portals
