- £17.69 per hour via Umbrella
- £13.63 per hour via Hays PAYE
Job Type: Contract 6+ Months
Monday – Friday working hours 07:00 – 15:00

Job summary
Reverse Line/Warranty Operative typically works in a service logistics warehouse, ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key responsibilities
As a Reverse Line/Warranty Operative, your responsibilities may include:
- Warranty Processing: Handling warranty claims for vendors like HP, Lenovo, and Dell.
- Asset Tracking: Ensuring serial numbers and assets are correctly tracked throughout the warehouse process.
- Administration & Systems Management: Experience with SAP and web portals is highly desirable.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the wider team to streamline warranty claims.
- Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy and a strong work ethic are essential.
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you’ll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
