Your new company

We are seeking a highly motivated Retrofit Compliance & Delivery Officer to support investment teams during the delivery of retrofit programmes. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with industry standards and government funding requirements.

Your new role

• Review all compliance documents and certificates to ensure adherence to PAS2035, PAS2030, and government guidelines.
• Carry out handover and defect surveys following completion of retrofit works.
• Work closely with delivery partners, retrofit coordinators, and assessors.
• Assist with resident engagement activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and project teams to maintain compliance throughout programme delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of retrofit compliance and building standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience in retrofit or compliance roles is desirable.
