Your new role
This Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of subrogated recovery claims. Depending on your experience, you will handle climbs on a delegated or non-delegated authority basis. Delegated authority claims will be valued at up to £100,000 and non-delegated claims will be in excess of £100,000. Previous property damage or multi-track litigation experience will decide which role is best suited. Claims will typically involve fire damage, floods, escape of water and impact claims.
