Join a growing international luxury retail brand in a key coordination role supporting retail initiatives across a global store network. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive projects, improve performance, and enhance customer experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track retail initiatives across multiple markets
- Support project delivery, timelines and stakeholder alignment
- Analyse retail performance data and support action planning
- Produce reports and insights to inform decision-making
- Contribute to process improvements and retail best practice
- Support store openings and wider transformation projects
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in retail coordination or a similar commercial role
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident analysing data and performance metrics
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in retail performance
- Advanced digital skills and experience with reporting tools
