Your new company

A sports manufacturing company is looking for a retail assistant to work in their pop-up store for a period of 7 weeks. This position is to start immediately. The store's opening hours are 10:00-18:00 and the staff will be operational between 09:00-19:00. Shift patterns: to be determined (from Monday-Sunday)

Your new role

You will be working as a key member of the team to support the smooth running of the pop-up store. Your duties will involve the following:

Customer Service : Greet customers, assist with enquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales Support : Help customers find products, provide product information, and assist with purchases, including processing transactions at the checkout.

Stock Management : Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.

Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean and organised, including tidying up displays, fitting rooms, and common areas.

Problem Resolution : Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
