Restructuring/Insolvency Lawyer 1+ To £££

This dynamic City firm with a market-leading restructuring/insolvency practice is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to advise financial institutions (including major bank panels and debt funds), bondholders, insolvency practitioners, large corporates, directors, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency-related matters across a broad variety of sectors. The work is complex, high-value and largely cross-border. Clients include lenders and borrowers and ideally you will have previous experience of out of court restructurings working directly for private equity and financial services clients and had exposure to debt equity swaps.
