This popular City firm with a recognised restructuring/insolvency team is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to advise corporates and individuals on both domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. Clients include insolvency practitioners, lenders, funds and corporates across a broad range of sectors including retail and consumer, financial and professional services. You will be advising on the
sale and purchase of assets from insolvency processes, litigation arising out of insolvency including asset recovery and all forms of advisory work arising out of financial distress. Any previous experience, or an interest, in retail including retail insolvency, distressed mergers and acquisitions, insolvency litigation, and title to goods and tax related insolvency issues will be advantageous but not essential.
