We’re seeking a professional to own resiliency across Europe for a global investment management group. You’ll partner with senior leaders, ensure compliance with EU/UK regulations, and drive improvements in business continuity practices.

Responsibilities

Lead regional business continuity and risk management initiatives.
Conduct risk assessments and testing, providing recommendations.
Ensure consistent implementation of global policies.
Develop metrics and reporting routines.
Support access management and market data vendor oversight.

Requirements

Proven experience in business continuity, operational risk or internal audit.
Degree or equivalent experience
Background supporting and working with front office investment areas (PM, trading, operations).
Knowledge of Aladdin and automation tools (PowerBI, Appian, Python) desirable
