Permanent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor in Lancashire

Your new company

You will be working for a multi disciplinancy surveying practice in Lancashire that operates in Lancashire and Cumbria. They offer specialist advice to clients and offer the following services - Property Management, Commercial Agency, Commercial Valuations, Residential Surveys, Student Lettings, Building Surveying, Facilities Management services etc.

Your new role

As an ASSOC/ MRICS Residential Surveyor you will be responsible for completing Level 1-3 Surveys in Lancaster, Preston and the surrounding areas. You will have flexibility to plan your own diary and work remotely if preferred.

What you'll need to succeed

ASSOC/ MRICS

A minimum of 3 years experience completing Residential Surveys
A full driving licence and own vehicle

What you'll get in return

A generous salary £45,000-£60,000

£5,000 car allowance
Remote or office working (whichever is preferred)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Private healthcare
Opportunity to progress to Director within a couple of years (depending on experience)
