Your new role
In your new role, you’ll join a top-tier residential property team, leading on high-value transactions, leasehold reform, and Building Safety Act matters. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across departments on trust, probate, and insolvency-related property work.

What you'll need to succeed
In your new role, you'll need to be a residential conveyancing solicitor with approximately 3–5 years PQE or equivalent experience. Confidence in handling high-value and complex transactions, combined with excellent communication, precision, and a collaborative mindset, will be essential to thrive and support junior colleagues within a high-performing team.
