Your new role

• Residential Conveyancing Assistant – must have hands‑on experience supporting fee earners and managing files.
• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2–3 PQE) – able to manage a full caseload independently.
• Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE) – capable of handling complex matters, running a caseload, and providing technical oversight for junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• At assistant level, a proven track record of assisting on a range of conveyancing files.
• At qualified level, the ability to run your own caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• At senior level, strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and support junior colleagues.
