Residential conveyancing fee earner

Your new company

This is a well established, Legal 500 full-service law firm with a strong presence in Cheshire. Due to an exciting time of growth, our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join a well integrated team.

Your new role

As a Fee-Earning Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters. Your responsibilities include liaising with clients and third parties throughout the conveyancing process, overseeing work in progress, billing, and cash collection. Additionally, you’ll actively participate in business development activities, fostering strong relationships with referrers and contributing to the growth of the firm.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential that you have a minimum of 2–3 years of Residential Conveyancing experience. You will have a proven track record of managing a varied conveyancing caseload whilst assisting more junior members of the department. You will have exceptional business development skills with strong attention to detail.
