Your new role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established Commercial Real Estate team. This role offers a unique blend of high‑value residential work and plot sales, giving you exposure to a varied and rewarding caseload within a supportive and high‑performing department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have around 3–7 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing, supported by strong technical knowledge across freehold, leasehold, high‑value and more complex residential matters. You’ll be confident managing your own caseload with accuracy, taking a proactive and well‑organised approach while working closely with colleagues in the commercial team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience are essential for this role.
