We are recruiting for a RLO to join a Social Housing retrofit project ASAP!

Experience in a similar, customer-facing role is essential.

You will need a full UK driving licence and acces to your own vehicle.

Temp position, up to £17.50 an hour, covering South Cumbria and North Lancashire.

Your new role

• Building strong, trusting relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds
• Providing clear, timely updates on works, access requirements, and project timelines
• Handling enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Carrying out home visits, welfare checks, and pre-/post‑work assessments
• Working closely with contractors to coordinate appointments and minimise disruption

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A patient and resident‑focused approach
• Experience working with diverse communities, including vulnerable residents
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
• Full UK driving licence (often required for home visits)
