Are you an experienced building professional with a passion for improving homes and communities? A respected Housing Association in West Yorkshire is looking for a dedicated Repairs Surveyor to join their Property Services team on a permanent basis.

Role Overview:

As a Repairs Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective repairs and maintenance services across the housing stock. You’ll carry out inspections, diagnose building defects, and manage work from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections and diagnose repair issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
  • Manage contractors and ensure works are completed to standard, on time and within budget.
  • Respond to tenant queries and provide technical advice.
  • Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar surveying or property maintenance role.
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Surveying or Construction (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of housing repairs, building pathology, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
